What to do if you have a complaint

  • If you are unhappy about the way you have been treated by a NSW government department or their employee, and would like to make a complaint, you can contact the NSW Ombudsman.  The article Fair Services for the Community provides a summary of key youth related work undertaken by the NSW Ombudsman in 2006-07.
