On 1 January 2010, private sector NSW employees previously covered by the NSW state award system moved into the national workplace relations system administered by the federal government.
Fairwork provides information about wages and conditions of employment in Australia for work that is covered by federal awards and agreements. You can also ring the Fair Work Infoline on 13 13 94.
