  • Beyondblue Directory of Medical and Allied Health Practitioners in Mental Health

  • Beyondblue have launched a new Youth Campaign which aims to raise awareness of the signs and symptoms of depression and anxiety in young people and where to get help. The campaign flyer provides more information and relevant links.

  • Headspace is Australia's National Youth mental Health Foundation. They provide information for young people who may be experiencing mental health and/or drug and alcohol related issues.

  • Itsallright is a website where you can read the diaries of four fictional young people touched by mental illness. It also has useful fact sheets and provides an online information and referral service on mental illness including schizophrenia, depression and anxiety disorders. 

  • Reach Out! has a section on mental health and depression with lots of good advice.

  • Act Now to read more about health Issues, organisations, actions, opinions, interviews and stories. Health is about how we feel physically, mentally or emotionally. Maintaining good health is essential to our well being and quality of life.

  • Depression affects around 1 in 4 young women and 1 in 6 young men. Beyond Blue has information about identifying depression and what can be done to help. YBBlue has advice on what you can do if you're worried about a friend.
