Knowing your rights as a health consumer.

A general practitioner - gp can help you to find different ways to cope and if necessary they can work with, or refer you to, other health professionals who have had further training in specific areas (eg a gynaecologist, a physiotherapist, or a counsellor) to give you support and help.

Finding a counsellor - Community health centres offer free assistance. Most areas have a community health centre. These centres provide free health services, including counselling services. Contact your local centre to see what they can offer you.
